April was amazing in helping us prepare for our first Universal trip all during a pandemic. She prepared us with what to expect with new guidelines as well as what to expect from dining package and transportation. She was a lifesaver in helping us add on reserved seating for volcano bay on a very busy day (I highly recommend as it comes with a locker and access to wait staff rather than fighting long lines ) looking forward to future trips!

I updated our travel dates several times during trip planning, and she was undaunted, kind, patient, and always saw the best in what we were doing. We traveled to Disney World during COVID, and she made sure we knew everything we needed to know about Disney’s safety requirements. “Okay, the closer we get to our trip the more excited I get to check in with our awesome travel planner, which I just did a little while ago! So I gotta brag about my girl April Michelle Dupree! We have never used a travel planner for our vacations before, but we’ve been wanting to go to Disney for a few years and shortly before the holidays she started working as one! I’ve always heard that if you go to Disney, USE A TRAVEL PLANNER!!! So we did! Y’all she ROCKS!!! She made us a spreadsheet with a budget so we’d know far ahead of time how much money we needed to be saving over this year for our MAGICAL VACATION in January 2020!
