How does our Client/Travel Planner relationship work?
The focus of any Main Street Travel Planner is to create a memorable travel experience for our guests, whether you have a theme park destination in mind, or a road trip across the USA, or an exotic trip to a far away world renowned destination.
Our services include personable attention to your travel needs and wishes, matching destinations to a guest, planning transportation, accommodations, activities, ticket purchases, dining reservations and more. Some destinations require quite a bit of pre-planning, where other destinations come packaged, making the planning process quick and easy. Our attention to detail is what makes a trip enjoyable.
For the most part, we do NOT charge fee’s. We offer MANY destinations or trip types in which we do not charge you any extra fee’s for planning.

However, there are some trips that just take way more research time and requires step by step directions. These are the trips that we FULLY Customize to your travel needs. Many travel suppliers offer you guided tours where you can sit back, enjoy the trip and not think about anything. But not every traveler enjoys a guided tour with a large group of people, or the cost of the guided tour is more than they hope to spend, or the tours offered don’t quite visit all of the sites that you hope to see on your trip. The freedom to hop in a personal vehicle, hit the open road and see the amazing parts of a Destination is very appealing to many. But planning this trip takes a lot of time, knowledge and research that most people do not have in today’s crazy world of business and schedules.
Do you need a day to day, maybe even hour to hour itinerary? Do you need maps and turn by turn directions? Do you need to pre-purchase attraction tickets or do you need restaurants suggestions, even reservations? Want to know where the best hikes are, the best views are? This is where we come in and where the benefits of working with a Main Street Travel Planner really get revealed!
Your Main Street Travel Planner will plan an initial consultation with you at no cost, find out what your wishes are for your trip, and then provide you with a basic itinerary and trip layout. If you like the basic option, we then will move forward with charging the service fee’s and then dive head first into the nitty gritty parts of the trip details.
